That's right, lan party 2 happened at my place again. The turnout was the same as last time with five people here and two playing at home from their internet connection. My 8meg connection came in handy with all the bandwidth it had to dish out on my Natural-Selection server. "Machine-gun barrels were smoking and green blood was splattered all over the place." I played mostly for the Aliens and we got our asses handed to us. Robert would evolve to Onos early in the game and just annihilate the enemy base. Anthony held the commander chair for a few rounds and dropped the Marines supplies as they were being chomped to pieces by swarms of Skulk. It was good to see Jeff back on the gaming scene, I'm glad he made it. Below here is a video I pieced together of the not-so-good footage I took of us playing.

Something New, Something Great.

So here is me switching over to a Blog. Should be much simpler for updating and putting stuff on the net. I'm slowly working on a new design for my old website, from the ground up so I will use this for the time being. First thing is my Internet. About two weeks ago I switched over to a Cable 8meg connection. Now, for those of you who are computer dummies, it's an extremely fast connection. Imagine all of your downloads completing in minutes, or even seconds! Over 900kb/sec downstream, man... The service is about 55 bucks a month, which was cheaper than what it used to be out here. Anyways, I have been busy testing out the connection, and fiddling with AMX mod. my Natural-Selection server. The server isn't up officially yet, but it will be soon enough.

I have been working on a little video with pictures from the past bands I have been in, up to when they broke up. Here are the results so far.

Now, second priority in business here is a new addition to the family. My sister just had her baby girl a few days ago. I'm now an uncle to three nieces! Look, there is the picture of me holding her at the hospital. Yeah,
nevermind the face I was making, dunno what I was thinking eh? So she is cool and everything went alright.



Spring break has set in and I'm at home enjoying it. I have a few college assignments to compete but that's all. I've been playing games, working, and soaking up the sun. I mean, dusty air in my room...
